How to Raise a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp or email.

Share your order ID, reason for return or exchange, and clear photos of the product.

Our team will review and approve eligible items. Once approved, ship the product back to us.

The returned item will be inspected. For exchanges, a replacement will be shipped. For returns, your refund will be processed.

How you'll get your money back

  • β†’Prepaid orders Refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the product.
  • β†’COD orders Refunded via UPI or bank transfer within 5–7 business days. We'll collect details on WhatsApp.
Higher value exchangePay the difference via a Razorpay link shared by us.
Lower value exchangeThe difference will be issued as store credit.

Returns or exchanges requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact to be eligible. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
