SHIPPING & PAYMENT

• Free Shipping on all orders above Rs. 899, delivered pan India.
• A flat shipping fee of Rs. 100 applies to orders below Rs. 899.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on all orders.

COD Confirmation Fee:
A refundable confirmation fee of Rs. 100 is charged online at the time of placing your COD order. This amount is adjusted against your order total — you only pay the remaining balance at delivery.

Example:
• Cart total Rs. 1,000 — Pay Rs. 100 now — Pay Rs. 900 on delivery.

DELIVERY TIMELINES

• Standard delivery: 4–8 business days from the date of dispatch.
• Customised orders may take up to 10–12 business days due to production time.

Note: We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your product arrives damaged or defective.

Customisation Options:
• Name customisation is available on all personalised clothing at no extra charge.
• Design element changes (embroidery, print adjustments, embellishments, etc.) are charged at Rs. 350 extra*, depending on the level of customisation involved.

Customisation charges:
• Name only — FREE on all personalised clothing.
• Design changes — +₹350* for embroidery, prints, embellishments.
