Return & Refund Policy

At The Woof Parade, we want every woof to be a happy one. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

WHAT WE ACCEPT

• 7-Day Returns: Available on clothing for size issues, manufacturing defects, or damaged items.
• Free Exchange: Available on clothing only, for size issues or manufacturing defects.
• No Returns or Exchanges: On toys, accessories, or customised products.

HOW TO RAISE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp or email.
2. Share your order ID, reason for return or exchange, and clear photos of the product.
3. Our team will review and approve your request. Once approved, ship the product back to us.
4. The returned item will be inspected. For exchanges, a replacement will be shipped. For returns, your refund will be processed.

Note: Only one return or exchange per item is permitted.

REFUNDS

• Online Orders: Refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the product.
• COD Orders: Refunded via UPI or bank transfer within 5–7 business days. We'll collect your details on WhatsApp.

Exchange Value Difference:
• Higher value exchange — The difference is due at the time of exchange.
• Lower value exchange — The difference will be issued as store credit.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Returns or exchanges requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact to be eligible.
• Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective items.

CUSTOMISATION POLICY

Made for your pup, exactly the way you want it.

Customisation Options:
• Name customisation is available on all personalised clothing at no extra charge.
• Design element changes (embroidery, print adjustments, embellishments, etc.) are charged at Rs. 350 extra*, depending on the level of customisation involved.

Customisation charges:
• Name only — FREE on all personalised clothing.
• Design changes — +₹350* for embroidery, prints, embellishments.

Customised and personalised products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please double-check all details — size, spelling, design — before placing your order. We are not liable for errors submitted by the customer.
